Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before confirming a direct reservation with Thonglor Suites Hotel.
1. Reservations and room assignment
Guests reserve a room category—Standard Suite, Deluxe Suite, Junior Suite or Executive Suite—rather than a specific physical room number. The hotel assigns the physical room automatically. Requests for a particular floor or room are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
2. Prices, availability and taxes
Availability and prices depend on the selected room category, dates, occupancy, restrictions and booking terms. The final price, applicable taxes and any fees are displayed in the secure Cloudbeds booking flow before payment. A comparison is valid only when the room, dates, number of guests and terms are the same.
3. Payment and confirmation
Cloudbeds provides the reservation and payment flow for direct bookings. Full payment is collected when the reservation is confirmed. This website does not collect or store payment-card details. A reservation is confirmed only after the booking system provides a confirmation.
4. Fully prepaid and non-refundable
Direct reservations are fully prepaid and non-refundable. Once confirmed, the selected room category is held for the guest's dates and removed from sale. Cancellations, no-shows and early departures are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
5. Occupancy
The rooms presented on this website accommodate up to two guests. The guest must enter the correct occupancy during booking and comply with any additional conditions shown before confirmation.
6. Access and location
The hotel does not have a lift, and guest rooms are reached by stairs. The hotel is close to Sukhumvit Road and Thong Lo BTS, so some street noise is possible.
7. Website and booking information
The hotel aims to keep room descriptions, amenities, images and location information accurate. Live availability, final pricing, restrictions and payment terms shown in the Cloudbeds booking flow take priority if information differs.
8. Applicable law
These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any exception required by applicable law will continue to apply.
